Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a reservation in a ZYCLE class and return it to your account, please be so kind to do so at least 6 hours before the class. Once your reservation is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven't cancelled at least 12 hours before the class your scheduled class will be charged to your account.
