We want you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, so please come 15 mins early.
We will get you checked in, and help you set up your ZYCLE bike.
Plus it gives you a chance to say hi to the other ZYCOS!

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

Ain’t no two ways about it ….baby, you gonna sweat!
Bring your workout kit, water bottle & extra towel if you like.
(we provide free mini towels).
Pro tip: Don’t wear loose baggy pants that could get caught in your pedals.
Form fitting or shorts is the way.

HOW HARD? 

How hard or easy you workout, is kinda up to you, it’s your ride.
The music is pumping, the pack is riding, the trainer is leading the attack…but you need to slow or stop? Do it, take that quick break n breather, this is about fun. But you will be pushed, and you will push yourself.

RELAX N ENJOY

We know for the first time, things can seem new and confusing.
No worries, we run a chilled, laid back super friendly operation.
The first ten minutes of class is just to get everyone comfortable with the bike, connected to the pack and centred in oneself.
Don’t worry, no one is trying to be cool…they are just going to be trying to cool down!
