Zycle beat is a rhythm-based class that takes you through a series of hills, jogs, and flat roads. This 45-minute workout is driven by the beat of the music and designed to be safe, fun, and challenging. This class is suitable for all levels, especially if you are new to indoor cycling. Our instructors will teach you the correct riding forms and movements while at the same time pushing your limits to get you closer to your fitness goal.
ZYCLE RIDE
Beginner / Intermediate
A fun rhythm based class that runs you through flat road sprints, jogs, ab crunching choreo and hill climbs. Spending a bit more time standing off the saddle, this is a workout that will push you near your limits yet still suited for the beginner intermediate.
ZYCLE STRENGTH
Intermediate / Advanced
Zycle Strength is a more advanced rhythm based class that takes you through a more focused, measured pace and heavier series of hills, jogs, and flat roads compared to Zycle Ride.
Spending more time seated, the music will have you pounding through some heavy resistance phases and takes you past your comfort zone with leg burning pushes and sprints both in and out of the saddle.
This 45 minute full body workout is less choreography based allowing you to focus on pushing past your limits and finding your ultimate power.
ZYCLE ENDURE
Intermediate / Advanced
Zycle Endure is an advanced rhythm based class that trains and works your stamina with a faster series of hills, jogs, and flat roads.
A full 45 minute journey, this ride incorporates challenging choreography to strengthen your core and abs. You’ll spend a lot of time up and out of the saddle on this one – moving fast, savouring the high speed cadence, working the cardio and pushing your endurance levels.
