A fun rhythm based class that runs you through flat road sprints, jogs, ab crunching choreo and hill climbs. Spending a bit more time standing off the saddle, this is a workout that will push you near your limits yet still suited for the beginner intermediate.
ZYCLE STRENGTH

ZYCLE ENDURE
Intermediate / Advanced
Slightly advanced, this class trains your stamina with a faster series of hills, jogs & flat road races. The ride incorporates challenging choreography to strengthen your core and abs. Move fast, savour the cadence, work the cardio.
ZYCLE Endure class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants. If you are new to Indoor Cycling, we recommend starting with our ZYCLE Ride classes.
However, please note that in the ZYCLE Endure class, we offer easier options to accommodate participants of varying fitness levels. So, if you feel up to the challenge, you are more than welcome to give it a try.
